Walk Kansas Flyer - 2025

Walk Kansas is an 8-week healthy living program encouraging family members, schoolmates, co-workers, friends, and neighbors to come together as a team. Participants will establish health and fitness goals, making this a great opportunity to encourage wellness for the whole family strengthening family bonds.

In addition to logging minutes/steps of physical activity, we encourage you to track cups of fruits and veggies you eat each day. You’ll find resources, recipes, and helpful articles in the weekly Walk Kansas newsletter to help you boost your fruit/veggie consumption! You can also track your water intake each day.

Teams of 6, with a captain, log minutes of activity for 8 weeks by selecting one the these challenges

All trails unlock interesting waypoints along the way giving you a glimpse into Kansas history and attractions! Learn more about at www.walkkansas.org.
